Empower Her is a comprehensive 10-week programme thoughtfully designed to support and uplift young girls and women by addressing their unique challenges and aspirations. The mission is to remove obstacles to meaningful employment, self-employment, or further education by providing the tools, resources, and guidance needed to unlock potential. Participants are welcomed into a professional salon environment, creating a safe and relaxing space to build comfort, confidence, and community.
This programme focuses on developing practical skills relevant to life, business, and social settings. Customised sessions cover essential topics, including:
Digital skills for the modern workplace
Budgeting and financial literacy
Pricing strategies and stock management
Effective communication techniques
Participants gain hands-on experience and industry-ready skills by completing three ABT-accredited beauty qualifications:

Basic Facials
Training covers both the theoretical knowledge and practical application required to excel in a salon environment. The programme culminates in a showcase day where participants run the salon, followed by the beginning of a supportive mentorship phase to guide their next steps.
Connect Her is a transformative 6-week programme designed to empower women by deepening their digital skills and self-awareness. Each participant receives their own Chromebook and is trained in essential digital competencies, mental resilience, and structured online learning.
Participants also take part in a CPD-accredited mental resilience course: The Personal Power and Pride Programme, which includes knowledge, skills, and attitudes training to support emotional wellbeing, self-awareness, and confidence. They receive a CPD accredited qualification in Managing Mental Health & Building Resilience upon completion of the course.
Connect Her empowers women with long-term access to digital tools and a structured, supportive environment. It builds competence, confidence, and resilience through a combination of tech training and personal development.
Elevate Her is a condensed 6-week programme carefully designed to introduce women to the beauty industry while supporting their wider growth and wellbeing. This course offers a focused pathway for those looking to take their first step into a creative and rewarding career. Participants are welcomed into a supportive salon environment where they can connect with others, relax, and begin building the confidence and community needed to succeed.

We also provide comprehensive wraparound care to support our learners after they have finished their training. This dedicated support is to help you navigate your next steps and continue your journey towards a brighter future.
Once you have completed your course, you will be paired with a dedicated post-programme mentor. For 3 months, they will work closely with you, providing personalised 1:1 support to help you with a variety of needs. They will act as your guide, helping you access the resources and support you need to thrive.
